19" VMR V718 on '12 Montego Blue

After failing on getting my hands on some 19" VB3's in silver, I decided to settle on the v718. I must admit they're starting to grow on me. What do ya'll think? And bare with me, this pics are from my camera phone. I still believe this is how the 135i should've came from the factory

It looks pretty cute. I'm not totally sure about the differences between the VB3/V703's vs. the V718's. I think MAYBE the concavity looks slightly different but it hasn't been clearly defined for myself yet. Looks good.

I like to say that the V718's are a modern take on our VB3/V703 model. Around the lip is have more angles versus a rounded lip.

OP: your car looks great! Not a bad choice in wheel model/finish.

Looks ok I guess. The problem with 19" fitments for the 1-series is tire sizes. To fit those aggressive wheel widths (some are running 9 1/2 in back) you have to run pretty modest tire widths to keep from rubbing, which leads to the "tire stretch" look. Basically a rubber band of tire on a big wheel. To my eyes there is never enough tire sidewall on 19" wheels for our cars.

The sizes are 19 x 8.5, and 19 x 19.5

Tires are Falken FK452 225/255 35/19

They seem to fit just fine. Plus better then the stock run flats that came with the car..

I want the VB3s aswell, i would even settle for the 718s, but noone has them in stock in matte black. I am going to have to settle for 710s i think.
