Is there any reason to go PI with 100% E85

Hey iv got a 2011 135i, im waiting for my pure stage 1 to show up and am wondering if there is much for me to gain by going PI with full e85 and stage 2 LPFP? Iv also got a vrsf downpipe and eventually a vrsf 7" intercooler. Do i need a back end flash? Who do i get it from? Bms or mhd? Thanks!
