I've always said I would shop interstate for every car just to compare (and sleep better at night) but I've been fortunate enough to get the deal I wanted locally (in QLD) every time. It almost seems unfair how one dealer has a monopoly over BMW in WA though. Over here some dealers are prepared to go the extra mile because if we're not satisfied I'll take my money to the next dealership. The dealership knows I feel this way too so they do try. |

Thanks guys, all good info here. Unlike when I ordered the 135, I am not in a rush, so will take my time. I'll also check out other dealers interstate, but I would think a custom order would be fairly similar. We'll see.
