E90 still at VPC... rear bumper scratched

I just found out that my e90 is still at vpc getting rear bumper replaced due to 1-3 inch scratch....

Hope the color matches the body.....
What should I do?
Do dealers compensate for this?
What whould you do in a situation like this?

if you get a new bumper then i guess it doenst make a difference cuz its a new piece and same colors... ask dealer for complimentary rear deck spoiler

bmw330ipty is right, the whole bumper will be replaced with a newly painted one anyway so it'll match 100%... maybe you can ask him to throw in some accessories when you take delivery.

Hektic...that's not cool. The VPC fixes alot of cars, they are as good as the factory and wouldn't worry about it. Just take the car...and your wait is over...

Yup, you wont see the difference. Its pretty common on cars that are shiped, thats why places like Lamborghini and Ferrari find its cheaper to fly the cars, beacuase you get less damage

How do they get so messed up? Dont they strap them down?

The damage is caused more by the driving of the cars onto, off and around the inside of the boat and the boats and the crew walking around the boat or allowing loose things to roll around the boat while its sailing ect ect
