loud clicking noise

if i turn my wheel about half way (left or right) when im parked or pulling off slowly, i sometimes have an audible click and i can feel it through my steering wheel. its a single loud click. i have a few mods : KW v2's, UUC Front Sway bar (on stiffest setting) and Vorshlag strut bar. i first noticed it after i installed the sway bar.... any ideas?

I had something similar after mounting the m3 parts, the installation tighten everything with the car in the air and then to tighten it on the ground seems to have been the noise.

Without hearing it I would guess a balljoint or tierod? It could just be the coilovers making noise? I had a similar issue with my subaru. Check all bolts and make sure everything is tight.
