it was my plan to get this done for this year's track season but since there is a small chance I may trade my car in next year I decided to do mods for this year that could be parted out. so if I decide that I am keeping the car then next year for sure

Kori,
You can part that out. I'll be happy to swap pumkins with you if you decide to get rid of the car! lol

Chris,
wish I knew that! couldn't justify spending close to $4k without the option of parting out. at least I can part out all the new mods if I ever trade my car in

Kori,
Just do you. You know you're going to keep the car...and after a couple more years you get a new DD and keep this as a dedicated track car and really have fun with it OS Giken is the way to go

Chris,
I may just do it. it will be interesting getting used to the extra hp/tq at the track. I want to see how bad the traction will be without the lsd first.

Take it from me; it's bad, specially coming out of corners and getting on the throttle even a bit.. Just do it

Chris,
if I knew you would have been interested I would have definitely gone with the lsd instead of the tune. so if I get the lsd I'd be looking at close to $18k in mods. that sounds crazy but it sure has been fun

that's exactly what I am worried about. throttle must be like a hair trigger with all the extra juice

you'll be fine in fast corners; the problem lies in those slow winding turns, the technical ones are a pain with extra torque and no LSD.. you get used to it, but you shouldn't have to.. so get the LSD!

Gary,
are you not turning off everything at the track? huge difference when you do but little safety net if you're not careful with the throttle

have to learn new throttle inputs all over again. it won't take much to kick the backside out if we are not careful and without lsd and a short wheelbase snap oversteer is a scary thought
