I think the reason you have not had issues is only 9,000 miles..
9700 miles now and officially for sale

I'll be keeping my current car. I say current car, but i actually have bought a run-about and will use the 1M at weekends or whenever i go back home to see the parents. I think i will appreciate it a lot more too if i only drive it at weekends. I do around 15K a year and dont really want to clock that all on the BMW.

Secondly my run about is way to frugal for my daily commute so it makes sense.

Indeed, purely a weekend good weather car. Question is how do I price it, leave some of the mods on or reuse/sell them. Decisions, decisions...

Good question. Usually it is easier to sell a car when it is fully stock and you would probably get more money selling the mods individually. Seeing your mod list though, a potential buyer might want to keep the Performance Suspension and other suspension mods you have done to the car. Good luck with the sale.

Thx, Jason! I am definitely planning to leave some if not most of the goodies on it, ideally someone will like it as-is. I hate 'building' a car to only part it out later, historically had to do it just once (Brabus Merc) as it was really better to sell some high prized items separately, but overall have been lucky finding the 'right' buyer that likes all the add-ins.

But as 'mods are in the eye of the beholder', I may take a few things off, at least the ones I can reuse myself (boost gauge, AEs, Maddad Midpipe, rear fog switch, etc.). The suspension bits I am pretty sure will stay on the car. Truth be told, I really refrained from adding mods over the last yr (was tough but held through LOL) knowing the 1///M is coming. I hope you are able to get an allocation. Your review was one of several important factors that led me to consider the 1///M early on, thx again for being an asset to the community!
