N54 stock turbos

Ive been having problem of braking my rear/second turbo.
First time the turbo broke it spilled all the oil trough the turbo to the exhaust side and now for the second time it happened it was all the same..
We changed "new" 40k driven turbos in it and they lasted 400km. New Oil lines, gaskets etc

Forgot the question im asking..
Is It typical that rear turbo gives up First when running high boost?

I’m not sure if it’s common or not by my rear turbo went out when running higher boost. Ended up replacing the stock ones with pure stage 1 turbos.
