the cold start by definition on these car are 90% for cat heating at start up. Cold start just means the cars coolant temp is below a certain temp. i cant remember what it was off the top of my head. Albeit, i'm curious to see if you still get the issue with cold start enabled.

I had cold start of on my 2011 dct and it was stumbling and dying. had to turn cold start back in, them no problems. started right after turning cold start off, went away right after turning back on. I love what MHD has done for my car with linear throttle map etc!

Here's a couple logs after resetting the adaptations. Think I'll have to regap the spark plugs?

You're still getting timing corrections of up to 6 degrees which is more than you should see. Looks like you're running the stage 2+ maps. Just to be sure, you do have catless DPs and an upgraded intercooler right? Those corrections are likely caused by either your plugs having too large of a gap, or gas that's lower octane than advertised. You can try filling up with known good gas first and re-log, but if that doesn't fix it then you'll need to gap your plugs.

Is this something that occurs on a per car basis? I installed my plugs with oem gap as well on stage 2+.
I will try to get a log this weekend

I'd wager that the 91 is the problem here.

Unfortunately only have 91 in California... but just re-gapped my plugs to 0.022 and seems like it's doing better

Was only able to get a couple 2nd gear logs, could get 3rd gear later this week if needed

it was mentioned that the car need a few cold starts to adapt to the new feature.
took me 3-4 cold starts until it was completely gone.

No I haven't, new to the BMW scene only had the car three months or so.
Still finding my feet a bit come from the Ford scene had a high power focus RS running syvecs ecu, everything seems more readily available for tunning Ford's in the uk.
