Limp mode problem!

Hey guys,
So I'm currently in the process of bring my car from stock to not stock. Today i installed a new intercooler with piping, charge pipe and bov....when i went to start the car it instantly went into limp mode. I pulled the codes and there were 3, boost pressure sensor, boost pressure regulator and air intake temp sensor. I checked all the lines and hoses 3 times and everything looks like its connected right? My current mods are....

vrsf down pipes
n55 mid pipe
remus mufler
active autowork intercooler and piping
charge pipe and hks bov

turbos were replaced at the dealer last week and ran fine after that...
I guess my main question is with all these mods i still have not installed my jb4 yet--planning on doing it this weekend--Could being modded this much on stock ecu be causing that problem???
Thanks!
