Cool Rain, Hail, Shine & Snow...///M Peak District tour.

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
As the title goes, we had it all over 3 days while ///M Touring around the Peak District over the weekend http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak_District.
Capped off with fine food, good company and well found accommodation, but hell it was Sunday morning when the wife and I went for our morning jog in not to familiar surroundings, running through sheep paddocks, dodging poop and climbing grass mountains / hills. Makes a difference from running around the city.

Anyways, great weekend and looking forward to the ///M Euro Alp Tour later in summer.

Now for the pics (Marcus's collection plus my own) - vids still to come.

The ///M crew on Tour

Securing the exhaust

Job done!

Time to soak up some sunshine

Looking for wild life

Great find for accommodation and cracking deal, bed, breakfast and 3 course dinner

Marcus's meal shots

How do we get home from here????

Off to the caves

End of the road (after a land slide some time ago) so we took to walking

But not the end of the road for all....

How the mountain pass stands today

So lets climb the mountain

One of many breaks, or taking in the sights, I think it was more the first lol

Flik telling H to come on, you are being beaten to the top by a girl

Finally!

On our way and the end of the weekend tour

Part 1

Part 2

Excellent mate.

Dirty 1Ms are sometimes sexier than clean ones imo...

Great photos. The VO 1M with the 18 inch dark M3 wheels looks so spot on, anything happens to my stock wheels or if I need a winter set up that is the way I will go.

Thanks! Bought them used with ps2's but may eventually use them as winter set.So much more comfortable around town! And they don't look too bad either 😄 Style 260M by the way.

Thanks Shane . It looks like we shouldn't have left early - missed the best bits (the hill walking!).

Great shots!

Every time I see photos of the north, I think of Royston-Vasey from League of Gentlemen.

And, likely, some LHD 1M's might join in on the continent.

Of course! Hadfield aka Royston Vasey. Also in Derbyshire, just a bit north of where we were. Great programme.
