Help info wanted on folding front seats

Hi I'm considering surprising my wife with a new 125i convertible but want to know if the front seats electronically fold forward and rear when trying to access the rear seat or do you have to manually adjust the seat yourself ?can anyone help me with this information please.

I've got manual seats and they have a ''memory''. When its fold, it returns where it was when push it back
