Smile HP Autosport | Rogue Engineering E82/E9X 1M/M3 Front Tension Arm Monoball Bearing

__________________________________________________

This newly released product from Rogue Engineering is a replacement bearing to the bushing found within the 1M/M3 front tension arm. The stock bushing within the tension arm is meant to deflect vibration, which allows for a more detached (and some call comfortable) feeling when manipulating the steering wheel and putting load on the front suspension. This monoball bearing was designed to allow for 0 deflection within the joint, which in turn, allows for a more connected, precise, and accurate feeling when the suspension is under load around high speed corners.

This is different than the Aluminum casing, polyurethane bushing offered by rogue. The monoball design allows for almost no deflection, whereas the polyurethane bushing allows a very small amount. As stated below this is primarily for racecar applications, but can be tolerated on the street. Because this product is relatively new to the market, no reviews are available at this time. They will be installed on our shop car (turb0mike's 335) and a review will follow shortly!

**This monoball bearing is for TRACK applications only**

Rogue Engineering E82/E9X Front Tension Arm Monoball Bearing

PRICE:$389.00

*We will be offering free shipping as an extra incentive to try this new product*

Hey Marco, they are basically the exact same thing. I would even be more inclined to say that Rogue is a better product because they test their stuff on the grand am and CCA club racing cars. Hope that helps! :thump: Lemme know how your S65 project is coming.

Dealing with S65 now. There was a hold up in shipping so I sent the car to caging first.

I have driven cars with the dinan monoball and while steering felt sharper and more connected, the vibration and noise was extremely minimal. Please post a review up of the Rogue set up once its on your car.

So that's positive feedback from you? I was wondering how harsh it would be. I know it would perform on the track, just wondering about the streets. Good to know!
