How much for parts and install labour? Any expected power increase?

These look like rebuilt units for the N54 with what I know to be an improved waste-gate design to prevent the common rattling N54's have. They also have ones with large compressor wheels which when combined with downpipes, intercooler and a dinan tune put out the same as the 1M S3-R which I believe is 444HP 450ft lbs.
