New Wheels! (A few new pics!)
Got some new wheels from Harold@HPA!
Non-staggered Breyton GTS-R's with 245's all around. **Update** A few pics from today's Cars and Coffee: And because I know someone will ask for another pic of the Ford GT... New Wheels:

As for the 245's, the only thing I had to do was run 5mm spacers to clear the front coilover. I actually have better fitment now than with my previous setup... Although, that was running 225's with a 12mm spacer. |

What exact tires and size are you running? Very tempted on a square setup myself but I would def need bigger rear's than 245's since my 265's can't even handle the torque right now.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I got lucky and snatched this car up from the previous owner (Super Nova), who had an excellent taste in parts. Looking to add a front lip and Recaro PP's next...

Yep, 8.5 all around. These are Michelin PS2's 245/35R18's all around. I know what you mean about wanting more tire in the rear, but I much prefer the handling of non-stagger (coupled with LSD) vice trying to run a wider staggered setup.

Any negative camber up front? or just the spacer will do?......Last question, does a 245/40/18 fit up front?

As for the tire size, I don't see why a 40 series wouldn't fit, as it would only mean a larger sidewall. What will matter more is the brand/model tire. For example, AD08's in the same size (i.e. 245) are much wider in comparison. |

I must say, I was looking at that 1st pic and saying now I'm jealous of two cars Super Nova's and yours, then a few post down I find it is 1 in the same. The wheels look great but the brakes are to die for. If that car was forsale back when I bought mine I would have jumped on it. Awesome Car!!!

Honestly, the car gave me a few problems in the beginning... The dealer who did the injector recall messed up and was causing CEL's and misfires... My dealer here fixed that issue and also replaced the evaporator and NOW I'm enjoying the car! =) |
