Buying Oil Filter

This may be a dumb question, but where can I buy an oil filter for my first oil change other than the BMW dealer?

Tischer BMW in Silver Spring sells it for $9.06. They've also always been very price competitive for BMW branded 5w30 synthetic.

While it is on warranty, only use a BMW original equipment filter. Probably MANN, and a few other Euro manufacturers can supply these, but it is better to stick to BMW. They are not that expensive - even at the dealer.
