It is a DIY install...No hardware is included except double sided tape of course. You can install with hardware purchased on your own at your own risk of drilling into the carbon fiber. I have done it before with no problems whatsoever.

So your telling me we have to drill our own holes? is there even any indicators where to drill? I would have thought it would be pre drilled and just bolted on to the bottom of the mtech bumper.. why do you need double sided tape for also? its not like its sticking on?

Yea I was told by my Kerscher Rep. that it includes no hardware but does come with double sided tape, for what reason like you asked, I have no idea because I sure as hell would be bolting it up. From what he said you will have to drill the holes yourself an bolt it up. I have done this for numerous CF lips for other vehicles and have never had a problem, you just need to take care of what your doing. I will confirm this all with him in the morning to make sure all of the specifics since he was a bit vague and in a hurry earlier today. Plus like you guys I cant believe it wouldnt be pre-drilled or use the factory hardware to bolt it to the bumper so I will have this all clarified in the morning. Sorry for not having that information on hand.

Alright talked with the guy and you will be required to drill your own holes for mounting. It is purely the CF Lip with no hardware or pre-drilled holes. Its a total DIY install. If this is still appealing to anyone then please send me a PM just so I can get straight who would be interested. Thanks guys and sorry for the bad news

Hey all......
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=494552
Rixx 135i purchased this lip a while back and I got to see it up close. You will be able to see in his thread that he screwed it down using the stock points (page 2). It is VERY sturdy and fitment is clean and on point. Now, I don't remember if he tapped the holes himself or if they came with holes already. He would be the person to ask on that. I plan on purchasing mine soon since I am already here in Germany. IMHO, I would rather tap the holes if it did not come with them for added safety and sturdiness.
