Well I finally got that dreaded warning light

First I heard the chime and then looked at the dash and saw some kind of weird snowflaky thing. So I looked at the thermometer and it read 36 degrees on my way to work this morning! Did I see snow? If only.

It’s good to know my cold-weather indicator works, but I probably won’t ever see it again until next year’s coldest day here in the Florida tundra.

I believe it's 37 degrees...and being in ATL the past few weeks it's been going off every morning.

Enjoy the cool weather!!!

I'll trade locations with you. There's over a foot of accumulated snow on the ground here, and the temperature hasn't been over 25 in over a week.

Heat wave coming, though. It is supposed to break the freezing mark tomorrow.

Around here, it might be more appropriate to make the "snowflake" the default position, and have some sort of sun icon for temps over 36.

It might not come on much....

Hahahahaaahhaa!

At least now it always chimes right when I start the car. No getting distracted while driving.

December. Oh, wait, you meant on my 1er at home? Sometime in October, I think. If the weather wasn't terrible (i.e., not actually precipitating), and I had a chance to run through the car wash, I think I might do it just to get some fun snowbunny pics.

I believe the -24 from Gill. We had -15 here last Saturday morning, and my buddy who drives long-haul for UPS said it was even colder on I-80 in Ohio and Indiana.

That was the first thing I thought when I saw it....no one will believe this and my cell was dead so no pictures!

Anyhow, here's the weather for the month. Check out the 16th. That's the day I got that reading.

Wow JB, from that pic it looks like you get great gas mileage, able to go 126 miles with less than half a tank.
