Vorshlag Camber Plates with KW V3s?

Thinking about ordering the vorshlag camber plates to go with my existing KW V3's but I was wondering what options to choose for the upper spring perch and strut type? I'm assuming the strut type would just be the KW V3 (22/14T/M14) but what about the upper spring perch?
