Headlight bulbs- where to buy cheap?
Hey guys,
I blew a headlight and am struggling to find any in stock at the local auto shops. I figured if I'm going to wait a few days to get one stocked I may as well shop around for a bargain. It's a 35w D1S bulb. Had quotes from $150-580 for one.... Can anyone recommend anything? Thanks in advance Last edited by Anasasis; 06-18-2015 at 08:47 AM.. |

BMR/Stu I got some replaced a while ago. I wouldn't do cheap stuff as they're not that easy to install, not easy in a sense that its fiddly.

Powerbulbs ftw.
I have some new D1S spares somewhere if it's dire. |

It's easy to replace. Just unclip and pull out then put new one in. I think you read headlight not headlight bulbs.
Powerbulbs is pretty expensive, it's cheaper to buy at bursons. I'm trying some ebay bulbs. $30 for 2 6000k d1s. I'll update with information on quality and maybe even 4300k vs 6000k comparison pictures. Will take at least a week for me to update don't hold your breath. |

Arrived and fitted, pics don't really do any justice to the small change from 4500k to 6000k.
NO issues in the 30 mins i've been driving around with the $30 ebay buy. |
