What's that mounted in the roof over the rear seat?

It's about 3:17 in.

Maybe if we're lucky, it's part of the ejection-seat mechanism....

You are entirely correct. They're pretty good up to about 70mph, after that, passing semi trucks was a white knuckle event.

i feel like the guy is nervous that he's doing 100 on a freeway and won't push it (so maybe that's why he was doing something with his lips?) i m surprised he didn't go after the x5 when it passed him tho... cuz i would have!

The same roof console as in the front with map, cabin, and ambient light. Without premium package, the rear roof console only have cabin light. I thought you have taken delivery or I completely missed your sarcasm.

I know my first time on autobahns, I felt very sheepish doing 100mph, but then once i got passed by a few people going warp speed, i thought to myself "well, they know where they're going, they're going to get their quick and i WANT IN!!" and simply planted it and tried to keep up. The next thing I knew I'd been driving for just over an hour and had covered the 200km i needed to drive.:smile:

Me too! Especially when you're on a road with no speed limit. I would have gunned it after that X5 just to see if I could catch up before the limiter kicked in.

it is really sad....my 318is cant go much past 125mph.....thats almost redline (damn euro spec with close gear ratios).....and on the autobahn i get passed by station wagons and SUVs like im standing still....my girlfriends bro has a 3 series but is 1 or 2 years older and he has 192hp and I think that thing flies cant wait to get in my 128i

slightly more hp and slightly lighter......the people in the video seem mildly retarded... and autobahns do have speed limits kinda funny watching people get pulled over thinking there in no speed limit and have to pay like 200+ euro speeding ticket
