GINA has died...Again
Drove back from Camden Maine this morning (friends wedding). It almost stalled at a stop sign in Damarascotta and got a rough idle on Storrow Dr. Joked with my wife that it was fuel pump again (this will be my fourth coming up i fear). This is the most recent version...installed this spring.
Just had it completely crap out in Cambridge. Was able to limp home...barely. The car just felt off today...i knew this was coming. Thank god it didnt happen a few hours earlier (and 200+ miles from home)!

Hopefully they get her all fixed up soon.
Then, I'm sure it will never happen again!

I'm lucky that I'm only on my second HPFP, but I'm getting longish starts lately.......I think it's going again.

Just got off the phone with them.
1. Replaced the fuel pump 2. Replaced low pressure fuel sensor 3. DME reflash tomorrow I only have a few hours to bond with the baby-poop colored grand marquis Ive been out of the game for quite some time...wonder if the pump i get will be different than the last. On the bright side (and in all seriousness), the curves and lines on this car are incredible when viewed from slightly below (i.e. car on flat-bed truck) Oh well...live and learn.
