Spark plugs - washered or not?

Hi all,

2011 128i N52K.

I just replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils - I was getting intermittent misfire on 1 and 3. Car runs great now, but I am left wondering if I have made a mistake.

The plugs I bought came from a local parts shop, supposedly correct for this engine. They are:

NGK LZTR5AGP - 018-4783-2

They look very similar to the ones I removed, with one exception: they don't have crush washers, instead they have a tapered shoulder.

Are these the correct plugs? Should I replace them with ones with washers?
