extractor or steam cleaner?
I spilt coffee+milk on the carpet in my car and need to clean it.
I dont know if I should just an extractor or steam cleaner, I have tried looking at videos on youtube and they seem to use both. Seems an extractor needs to make use of chemicals to give it an advantage over steam cleaning. The steam cleaner can not deep clean although I was at the vacuum store and the guy managed to take out old black chewing gum from a carpet with it. I am also concerned about the extractor damaging the adhesive of the carpet.

Usually an interior shampoo with a vacuum could do the job!
