Car went into limp mode and died

My 135i n54 went into limp mode and then died. Only cranks. The only 3 codes it eead were 30ba, 30bb, and 2e7c. It has an msd81 series 2 ecm. I was told that this ecm does not have mosfets but has igbts and igbts can't be changed out like mosfets. Can't even test igbts like you do mosfets. Where do I go from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, if you zoom in on the items that look like mosfets, they have a different number than a typical msd80 mosfet.
