Ok, I have to ask... Why is everybody parked at the state police barracks?

I got a verbal, "Consider yourself lucky" It was only a small group that got pulled over. A bunch of cars didn't. Like a ferrari, porsche, audi, volvo....
Ranton, which M were you in?

The police didn't radar us or anything, they just said that they had "30 or 40 calls" about cars driving fast

Interesting, written warnings based on speculation.

I've gotten a speeding ticket based on speculation. During the same incident, I happened to have gotten t-boned by a kid which totalled my car. Doesn't make sense at all but I fought it in court and won.

Why did everyone have to go to the barracks?

It's not that we had to go there so much as, it was located on the rotary we were heading through when they flagged us in.

Good to hear that they were good about it. Chances are there were people in the run that were speeding (no 1addicts I'm sure!). I'm sure they were just doing their job.
