NEW Chameleon Color on my 1M Conversion

Thought to post this on a fresh thread. All I can say is, pictures don't do it justice...

Looks crazy, not a bad color considering you have some fresh white underneath.

Grinchxvx > Thanks man. Definitely a little bit outside-the-box. The images are cool but its really something else in person. At night -- it's outta hand. The colors go darker and you really get some deep gray/gunmetal's coming out of it...depending on the angle and light.

Hard to keep your eyes off of it.

ilikebmxbikes > Glad you like it. The best part of this whole transaction -- Plasti Dip -- I can get it back to White in 30-mins

I'm going to shoot some vids and take some night pics today.

Props for being different. I like it, but I think it would grow old fast.

craina > Thanks! I respect your opinion, but I'm not so sure. The shades really go darker/richer depending on the light. Today it's overcast, so that's what you get. When's it's really sunny, it's slightly different. At night, it transforms as well. Not sure how it can get old when it's constantly morphing. It's really one of those you have to see in person. Hard to appreciate it in a still pic.

Great color and can't believe it's DIP! The blue shade is my favorite.

DIP is sprayed by professional I assume? Nice combo with this APEX color. Love them, but in looks they are just short of the original M359s. Any particular reason to to with the APEX?

eeghie > Yes. It was done professionally in a paint-booth. We went the extra mile as well in terms of prep e.g. removing bumper(s), fenders, side-skirts, handles, etc.

In terms of APEX...are you referring to the wheels?

Update >

Took these afternoon pictures a few minutes ago. Sun finally broke thru. You can see how the colors are starting to settle/getting darker...

that's pretty cool! By the way, I understand that you have to change the color of your vehicle on the insurance paper after you get it wrapped/dipped.. so what color vehicle does it say on your insurance paper? hahaha
