I'm actually thinking about purchasing this plate. After a hit and run in a parking lot, my CP-E TowPlate got completely destroyed and I'm looking for a new solution.

Many people don't like the fact that it's in front of the intercooler, but I only plan on driving with the plate showing while in the city and I don't think full air into the intercooler at such low speeds would be a problem. Obvious when I am actually driving more enthusiastically the plate will be down and there should be full flow into the FMIC.

However, clearance may be an issue with the Altec if I am lowered in the future.

Awesome idea, maybe on the drivers side because you have the oil cooler vents on the passenger side.

With my luck, Ill forget to flip it up and get a ticket on 295.
