Rieger diffuser owners, how did you secure the top part?
It seems like the tabs only slide in, as opposed to snapping in. It probably wont ever slide out unless someone pulls on it, but I was hoping there was still a fix.
Thanks! |

I left mine alone. I secured the whole thing with the middle bottom screw and 1 side screw on each side. I found that if more of the bottom screws were used, it deformed the shape of the diffuser.

They include a couple black screws to anchor the taps on the top of the diffuser but its over kill if you bolt the side fins up your good to go

I screwed in the 2 on each side that requires drilling, as well as 2 on the original holes. It seemed pretty secure, but pulling on the top edge popped it right out.

I think most people just slide the tabs in. The instructions from Rieger show using self-tapping screws from the inside of the diffuser to secure it. I personally think it's overkill.
Just trying to figure out how to straighten out the bottom at this point. Looks kinda jacked from the rear with the muffler side being like 2 inches lower than the right. |

So far no issues, even at autobahn speeds.
