I hope 225/40-18 fits because 215/40-18 is a ridiculous size when it comes to replacement tires. Probably would help the handling too.

I think there may some white balance issues with that set of pics - a lot of magenta showing through.

That's true, I always have that problem when resizing BMW press photos (using Adobe Fireworks CS3).
