The cup holder comes with storage package when you choose to have the Sat Nav and lose one cup holder from the centre console. It is detachable so that it isnt an eyesore. The 261 wheels come standard in Oz when you choose the M package option. I have seen them on the 135i and they realy show off the front brake callipers.

Great looking car Lester! Now I wonder if going with the metallic black was worth the extra $500. But, as of yesterday car is in 'paint shop' so no going back.

One question to the group, can we get the M door sills in the US? Those are nice. Also, are there M emblems that we could put on sides and rear, or would that be posing with a 135i (soon to get Dinan package)?

Enjoy that car - I'll live vicariously for a while yet. Any idea folks the lag between paint shop and East Coast delivery?

Thank you Lester,

Some good info. on how the lighter colours show the lines of the car in previous posts. The more I look at this car, the more I like the squat looks of it; IMHO, it makes it look muscular and ready to go, even at a standstill.

Now go outside and enjoy the weather today; hope to see your car in the neighbourhood.

Jet Black FTMFW! Definitely a great color and IMO the best for this car. Blacking out my 135i once I get the car enough to make it aggressive.

Makes me even happier about the color. Didn't want black initially, but my girlfriend insisted. She was right

The car looks great. Same package as mine except I went for the sunroof! Hopefully mine will be at Brian Jessel in the next two weeks! Post some pictures once you do the Zaino job so we can see how good the paint looks with the Zaino! The black paint looks really good in the pictures...love the jet black! Good choice.

Please post pics of this Anthracite Headliner. I don't see what the big deal is. What is it, some sort of crazy velvety feeling stuff? I'd like to see what the big deal is that we are missing out on.

I don't think it will come out very well in a picture, but it is more or less the color of charcoal. It does make the interior quite dark. It is a matter of preference, I suppose. I had no choice in the matter, that decision was made by BMW Canada.

Can we get sunroof delete in the US?? I dont see why we couldn't... Also alcantara headliner would be nice...

Without the sunroof we are talking 150-200 lbs less not to mention this weight is in the worst spot-the top of the car (high weight) without the sunroof that will lower the center of gravity a great deal. I know some will say bah its only 200 lbs but isnt the weight advantage of the 135i over the 335i only 200 or so lbs, maybe less?

Also alcantara headliner is a very nice fit and finish feature.

the sunroof delete would actually save only 35-40lbs, it saves 37lbs on my car (M3 without sunroof)

Nick, the cup holder does slip out, there is a slot with a neat little door to plug it into. Alas, there was not a part number to be seen on the item. I'm sure your BMW dealer can spec it out.
