No bracket on the front when it was in Europe. The front plate was just attached using double-sided sticky tape, but I'm assuming my dealer will drill holes for a mounting bracket as soon as it arrives in TX.

I specified to my dealer, that I did not want any holes drilled in my bumper for the license plate mount when the car arrived. Fortunately, they agreed.

Yeah, I know people have convinced their dealerships to not install the front plate. Personally I'd much rather not have one, but I'm worried this car may be a bit of a cop magnet, and I'd rather not attract any unnecessary attention. So I plan to just deal with the front plate being there.
