Yup, Alpine White with Dark Tints will be hot. White really shows off the M's curves.

I'm from Luxemburg, and I've placed my order also this morning, at my belgian dealer! But, I can't be sure to get it! SHIT!!!!
Why willl there be only 43 cars for Belux?? BMW M said to german customers, that there will be no limited production,so that, they only think to sell nearby 3000 cars!!!!
Everything what i can say, when i don't get this car,is, that my 135i is my first but for sure my last BMW,than!!!

They made such a hype, about this car, until now,and for the moment, it's only an absolutely marketing disaster!!!

you missed my point. white is already white in the photo. yellow may appear to be "white" or very close to white due to extended exposure time than it realy is in reality.

And you missed mine, all I am saying is the light bar and the corona rings will be 2 different color tone as they appear in the photo. Due to photography I can't say what color they are in person but in the same photo the exposure and white balance remain constant for the entire photo therefore any color difference of different objects in the same photo will be different in real life.

OK, here's what I have heard and what I've always be told by insiders : First, back in October, the information came through that there would be a limited production starting March 2011 through October 2011 and that there would be no more than 2700 cars. Now it appears that there will be 2800, thus the information was almost correct.
Second, again back in October, I was told that the dealer we are talking about would get at least one, at most two for sale. This information again appears to be in line with current facts. Fortunately I had made my reservation for this car back in July when I first heard about the rumour of the 1 M.
Last but not least, even before October, I had been told that the 1 M would largely take over technicals parts from the current M3. This information again was correct and the current facts reflect what had been inofficially announced.
But I fully agree with you on Motorsport's issues concerning the reveal of the car. Believe it, at some times during the waiting period, all the suspense around the revelation of the car appeared to me as if they were going to release something ass special as an M3 GTS. At least they were right in terms of production numbers, but that's it.
Sorry for you that you can't be sure to get one, but I know the dealer for many many years and they will do whatever they can to get you one. I bought many cars with them, and they have so far always found a solution.

I know, that the dealer will do everything to get this car, for his customers! But, why only 43 cars for this 2 countries? I received 2 emails from BMW M, confirming, that there is absolutely no fixed number, of the BMW 1M Coupe!!!! Same thing on their Facebook-site!!!

Wonder if BMW will extend mineral white to 1M. After owning a pearlish white by a different brand I really like the flakes or metallic white paint.

I can easily understand your frustration. My reaction would be almost the same. Take it as follows : I am pretty sure that you will get one in one way or the other, thus keep in mind that a limited number will most probably keep a better second-hand market value.

I noticed the AW had interior orange stitching. Shouldn't it be white?

Orange stitching on the orange version looks and flows much better.
