You didnt happen to check the 3.5 bar TMAP in the options did you? If you have a stock TMAP it should be unchecked.

Almost certain it was unchecked when I flashed the Wedge map, and definitely certain it was unchecked when I flashed to Stage 0 earlier today. No codes thus far. I'll double-check my chargepipe -- guessing that's the issue.

I may have jumped the gun a bit with the comment. With the gain control and tuning I finally got it sorted with the nozzle that comes with the AEM kit.

What do you get when you add boost, timing and lots of E85?

Yes, this is PI with AIC controller running the OTS N20 PI map from N54 Tech with a Fuel-IT stg2 lpfp and... Commanded WG MHD Flash Only. It needs some work, the port fuel comes on too hard and from what I can tell is spraying a bit too much up top also. But no codes...

Sorry for not posting much. A bit depressed with all the winter storms we have had this year in Portland OR. Didn't make it home last Tues. night from basketball and ended up leaving my car at the bottom of the hill for a week before the snow melted. So this isn't my car. This car belongs to Mr Garcia in Florida. He is blending E98 with clear 92 and runs an analyzer for validation of content. MT car and other than corrections from the PI kicking on, the car smooths out over multiple shifts.

BTW... He started tuning with me using a JB4 in passive mode regardless of my concerns with doing so. Only after removing it were we able to get things under control. houtan I think I owe you a map if you're interested in testing. Just to clarify for everyone else reading this, I did a tune for Houtan in the past with COBB and at the time we were having issues with the DCT. We no longer have that issue.

Daym. The weather sounds tough. Nice to see things working well.

I was actually going to touch base with you at some point after it was clear MHD was the answer. I would like to finish the e30 map and will send you a pm.

Yeah the weather here sucks
My car is finally thawed out, it has been a igloo since last Tuesday night

Was able to test a Commanded WG map for Ken and 30 minutes later it was pouring snow. lol

Wow that's a nice smooth log, can't wait to install my Fuel-it stage 2 lpfp with fuel lines & get in touch with you.
Ken, do you think Fuel it stage 2 lpfp is enough to maxed out PS2 turbo with PI?

get the stage 2 bucketless. steve posted logs and videos on the dyno making over 600 rwhp using only the s2 bucketless to fuel the car and PI rail

Ken and I paired up today to do some testing on a E25 and meth, no PI, even though we both have it installed on our cars.

http://datazap.me/u/robertnguyen723/...-29-30&mark=38

Even in the rain, it picks up and moves.

Gonna pull back some WGDC on the next revision and see where it goes a little too much boost for our comfort, thing is hitting 27 psi and tapers to 26 psi, rail pressure looked good in between shifts

Nice log! You guys are brave testing in the rain. The rail pressure looks awesome. I wonder if he found something else to tweak because on my car rail pressure drops between shifts. Things are looking good for ps2 DCT cars!

It has something to do with fuel scalars and STFT during WOT

We are so used to being able to 'over octane' our cars from the N54 platform, say we are tuned for e30, we can run e50 and be completely fine because because as long as the STFT doesnt exceed like positive 35% its fine, seems like the N55 likes tighter fuel scaling and we should be aiming to be on target with ethanol or just a little higher

The map is for E25, gonna get it measured out best I can and see where it goes.

We had meth coming in harder and sooner to make up for lack of octane though, keeping corrections down best we could, but that will change soon.

No, you missed his point all together. I think you were thinking about how the Fuel scalar will cause 36c9 and that's not what he was referring to.

Normally the car has a fuel cut at shift which causes the rail pressure to drop. Your car doesn't fuel cut. At this time nothing was changed to fix that so I'm not sure why his car doesn't have a rail pressure drop at shift.

Got it

I hate how these cars are inconsistent ;p

Quick question, going to flash MHD for my n55 this weekend and currently am catless dp. Do the MHD maps offer a dp fix to pass emmissions?
