Question cant decide on vmr vb3 19" or bmw 269 18".

I found some 18 staggered oem performance wheels style 269 brand new locally for 1000 flat. They look very nice and are the perfect fittment for 1 series. I also like the vmr vb3 in 19 for the same price brand new. Help me decide. I don't plan on lowering my car because I don't want to lose ride quality. My car has the sport suspension. Will post pics later. I'm at work right now.

do you want a 19" rim? If you are constantly driving on bad roads it could be problematic (smaller sidewall increases chances of wheel damage). Tires are a little more expensive.

The VB3 is an aggressive offset wheel. The rears will barely poke out past the fender and you could experience rubbing on bumpy roads or if you lower the car.

Things to think about.

I dont want to roll the fenders. It sucks that just about all aftermarket rims for bmw are not for the 1 series.

I like the look of the VB3 better.

I just ordered the V710. It has a 1-specific offset on the rear. Several members have said they fit with no issues running 225 in front and 255 in rear.

if ur not lowering i'd suggest the 18" because 19" on a 128i without any lowering is gonna look weird.

19" tires are actually pretty easy to source now a days since most luxury cars have been upgraded to 19" wheels for the last couple of years... Pricing on the other hand, is a bit more expensive.

Buy the 269's. $1000 is a really good price.

Thank you. Yeah I guess selection has improved nowadays since I was last shopping for wheels for my previous car. But prices are still a good bit higher :/
