looks he was very calm when he was surrendered as you could see he proactively lying down on the ground and put his hands at back read for cuffs

BTW the guy who was in that car was a British national. He caused some comotions (nothing big, just shouting at waiters etc, created a scene) in local restaurant (Houston) and when the cops show up he decided to flee in his swanky new 330i. Go figure...

I am not sure if that is really funny though. Look at the panic driver hit by the bimmer, he/she could not let her baby out of the car .
