Any home mechanics willing to help a guy out?

specifically Orange/Sullivan County NY area? I just moved here and do not have a garage (or the proper tools) for that matter for a few simple repairs. I don't mind doing the work myself but I haven't done it before so could use some guidance. Cash or Beer is in it for anyone that can help a Bimmer Brother out? It's just brake pad sensors and a front control joint. Thanks
