Everything always helps, but for performance you will get the best gains with a FMIC and downpipes (after a tune). FMIC is very important especially with Florida temps.

Personally I like the Active charge pipe over the ER, but if you plan on running meth then the ER is a good choice.

Why would you prefer Active over the ER, could you explain please?

Also, just checked their web site, it seems like they have a charge pipe for N55 only. Maybe they had one for N54 but not anymore?

The fitment is better with the Active and I personally like the finish of the product.

It all comes down to preference.

That's a BOV kit they sell, I understand that they do not sell the charge pipe alone, only as a BOV unit, that must be why there are no items filed under charge pipe in their site. In fact, the reason why I would probably go with the ER is because they sell just the charge pipe which has a factory style valve as an option, as well as others, plus different finishes. Like you say, always about the preferences

Not more horsepower, but which can retain the power from heat soak. They are all well designed. I have seen Forge as the popular intercooler for the 1M's.
