Nova/DC/MD Headlight Blackout Question

Anyone in the NOVA/DC/MD area get their headlights blacked out? Pulling the trigger on my headlights in December to have them blacked out by OSS. Just want to see if anyone else has this done and if they've had any trouble with the law.

I doubt you'd have trouble with the law really...if you dont mind me asking how much does this run ballpark (you can PM me)
