My goodness, why all the argument? Lets keep things simple shall we? BMW is trying to promote their accessories, they are not FORCING you to get it. If its too expensive then forget it, dont whine about it. Personally i think this products are for real BMW enthusiast who wants to keep their warranty intact. The way i look at it its all very well built and up to BMW standards. Ive seen a few performance package 135's around. Its drop dead gorgeous and i wish i can convert my 135 m sport to the full spec performance package...
