Recall Item
Just a quick question. My 08 128 just went out of warranty in May. They had performed the 3rd brake light recall this year sometime. Noticed yesterday it is cracked down the middle again. Does it matter for recall items if the car is out of warranty now?

+1. Two years unlimited mileage on "parts warranty". So if its replaced on teh last day of your car's four year warranty... (or even in a recall!) you have two years from that date (of the repair).

+1 but in some cases, touches may not apply, it is up to their discretion. Anything worked on is warranties for 2 years from the time of the repair.
