The technically correct answer is to perform the oil change before storage, but allow the fresh oil to run through the engine for a few minutes/mile before putting her to bed. Used oil is more acidic/corrosive than fresh oil. That being said, if you're only storing the car for a few months it probably won't make a huge difference.

IF it were my own personal car... I would change it before AND after storage.

I agree with the old oil being acidic/corrosive.

One could argue that condensation build-up within the oil could be an issue depending on storage location and conditions.

With that being said, my reports from Blackstone have shown fine results with keeping used oil in the car til spring:

You're lucky your oil doesn't cost that much.

Garage List
Strongly believe in changing before storage. Get that contaminated oil out of there and let the car sit with clean oil. In the spring just get it out and drive it. Good synthetic oil doesn't degrade, no need to change out perfectly good oil. My car is stored about 4 months in an underground heated garage so I'm not worried about large temp. changes and condensation. It will see another oil change at summer's end or 10k km.(6k miles) whichever comes first.
