Parts help

so some arsehole crunched my rear bar tonight.. didnt leave a message or anything.. put a lovely dent in it and cracked my brake light.. perfect bullbar height by the looks of it..

so anyway can someone point me towards a decent parts supplier, tischer dont stock E87 parts i've been on realoem and know what i need just need to see how much i can get the parts for before i go see a panel beater..

i remember browing a parts website a few weeks back when i was looking at some BMWP bits but i cant for the life of me remember what the site was..

definitely wasn't Tischer or United.. it was pretty complicated to use as i recall

Riley

Have a look at getbmwparts.com

Haven't tried them for OEM parts but they seem cheap just browsing.

Haven't you got insurance?

yeh they have good price but nothing for e87.. as they werent available in the states

i do have insurance but being so young making a claim for a relatively minor incident like this seems a bit silly given the increase it will bring on my premium..

Just thought i would update this so everyone could have a good laugh at BMW Australia's theievery..

parts most likely that will need to be replaced
51127837434 - M-Sport Rear Bumper (w/ park assist) ($651.45 AUD - Trade Price) Price through bmmmini 220.80GBP --> approx 337.746 AUD
51127837325 - Rear Bumper Insert ($104.40 AUD - Trade Price) Price through bmmmini 3.51 GBP --> approx 5.36879 AUD
63216924502 - RHS Brake Light ($214.86 AUD - Trade Price) Price through bmmmini 51.01 GBP --> approx 78.0233 AUD

now i understand BMW Aus are not running a charity but this mark up is ridiculous

yer, defintely.

But a bumper would be priced on volume not weight which would ramp the price up a bit for that part alone.

Yeah, for the size of that bumper, you should roughly be seeing the same amount when purchasing it locally.
