Is it here yet? Shipping error...
Long story, but has anyone else had their car shipped to the wrong port? I'm guessing it's because I ordered through Military Sales overseas. Mine was supposed to come to Oxnard, CA, but instead wound up in New Jersey and then South Carolina... Apparently the car is still in transit from South Carolina to Oxnard having left on the 8th and I've been told that it will be another 3 days once it arrives in Oxnard before its moved again to the dealership I'll be picking it up at (East Bay BMW) and then another 24 hours before pick up... It sucks being home on leave with nothing to drive. Does anyone else think I might be able to wrangle up some free stuff from all of the trouble they've caused or is it pretty much a lost cause? Thanks for your concerns.

Uhm... I think Dave, but then I got turned over to Paul. I still haven't seen a check from them either that they promised for the floor mats. I'd best get to emailing. Hopefully your order goes smoother than mine.

I ordered through Paul and have always gotten emails the very next day. Military sales has it's own set of problems and delays though. I'm not sure our cars are set as a priority one, even if they are already paid for. My car arrived in New York on the 7th and according to my CA at my local dealership, it hasn't even made it to the VPC in New Jersey yet :iono: They have no clue when it will get here and gave me an estimate of 20 days from hitting the port

Got the call...
It's funny how God works! As soon as I finished typing my last post I got the call from my CA. Car is finish at the VPC and is on it's way to my dealer. She said Wednesday or Friday at the very latest. Very curious why it took so long buuuut WHO CARES!!! I just want the key in my hand
