I just got the NewNavteq 2006-2

I picked it up for $219.00. I just ejected the old and place the new one. Funny thing is that the Car recognized the new Data Disk and asked me to shut down the system and turn it on in five minutes. I woder if it meant shut the car down or the IDrive? Any ideas?
