the main two clips and that cap that covers the entire back opening. I wiggled it around and got it to sit as flush as possible all around and then clamped it. It's worked so far, i havent cleaned my car since plasti dipping it. Will update after i give it a powerwash one time soon.

I feel like I'm getting close to a fix for the flicker, luckily I used a breadboard when testing so I didn't have to cut any wires, with a 470uF capacitor it showed little difference, but with 940uF (paralleled 470 caps) it seemed to flicker less, ordered 4700uF waiting in mail, will report details

Anyone use this company to order the Depo's? They seem to have a lot of options. Though I wonder if they are V2's.

I don't know why this is happening but my experience with the Depos are just getting worse.
1. My right headlight keeps getting horrible condensation after car washes and last about 2-3 days afterwards. 2. My left headlight has weird hairline cracks from the inside. No, it is not dirty, and after reading somebody else's post I thought maybe it was a spider spinning webs, but you can see in the image it is not. 3. I am also no longer able to adjust side to side on the left headlight as well. As I have contacted the supplier and have been unsuccessful with help to replace or fix this, I may start looking at a replacement soon. I upgraded the halogen headlights on my 128 earlier this year with HIDs, and I really loved the bright LED rings on this version of the Depos, but now I may look into an improved alternative. Anybody have suggestions on something within the same price point as the Depos? |

This is just inherent DEPO manufacturing. The only way to prevent this is to get someone to open and re-seal the entire housing. I've had no problems after I had mine re-sealed I have Morimoto HIDs installed as well as custom LEDs to replace the rings.

Still investigating if it's seals around the headlights letting the water in or just the rear cover seal. Really sucks.. Just some insight before you put all blame on DEPO Hairdryer on lowest heat setting worked wonders to dry it out. |

Have any of you guys had issues ordering your Depos from mod-bar-gains? I was under the impression that customer service was good over there, but my current experience is proving to be quite the challenge. I was told that only the sales rep I ordered from can provide any update on my order which, to me, is poor customer service.

Does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative to DEPO that will give better light output on the road?
I have seen projector upgrades etc but think that's beyond my level! Want the look of depos, with better light output without cost of OEM thanks |

I need to order these and get it over with. I've also thought about getting the Oracle AE inserts, but baking the headlight assembly seems like a hassle.

I recently got mine from Um-nitza and I love them. I got the V2s which are really bright even in daylight. That's just to say, I can only imagine how insanely bright the V4s are. There is condensation on the passenger side but it goes away once the outside temps warm up...at least on mine they do. There is also flickering when the lights go off, which doesn't bother me at all. Good luck
