BMW Performance 135i in White

Finally got around to snapping a few pics. This is my 4th BMW, starting with a 540i, then a Z4, and most recently a 545i. The 135i is the happiest medium between the "tank-like-smooth" ride of the 545i and the "spill coffee all over yourself and your passenger" ride of the Z4.

I caved and bought the BMW Performance unit the dealer installed on the car to display all the goodies BMW has to offer. I only kept the body kit, carbon front splitters, carbon mirrors, blacked out kidney grills, carbon interior, and BMW Performance exhaust. Car is full load except for active steering.

Wow hot hot hot.. nice.. must have cost you big bucks to have everything factory but its well worth it..

Yup, an auto. But you know what? It's one of the crispest auto's I've ever driven (even crisper than some dual clutch systems). Lazy when I want it, sporty when I need it. It works.

LOL same here.. dont like to get into the whole auto/manual debate thing.. still great car.. very fast..

My is only weeks away!
It will be also AW With Performance parts (everything apart form front bumper and side skirts) Yes- Including the seats, wheels and brakes
I will definitely put the pics once I get it!

When I test drove the auto, it was buttery smooth, quite amazing. And the technology gone into it is amazing, esp how when you're in sport and driving hard, it will keep the car in high gear for several seconds after you're "on it". :thumbup:

However, i still got a manual cuz it was cheaper

I'd be embarassed driving the car with that ridiculous steering wheel. It's not a freakin' Formula 1 car. If I was 25 years old, maybe I would think its cool, but I'm 45 and I did not see any value (performance or style) in a $1500 steering wheel.
