215 front and 255 rear

So I needed to replace the 2 rear tires today and discount tire didn't have the stock 245 tires, so they said it was okay to put 255's on the rears. My question is that will this be alright since my 2 front tires do not need to be replaced yet so I still have the 215's on.

should be fine, you'll get a little more understeer. You should replace the fronts with 225s tho when they do wear out.

i've got this setup with RFT - 214/40R18 front and 255/35R18 rear.

everything is fine - no rubbing at all...

I agree! 225/255 will will cure a bit of understeer that you'll have with the 215's up front.
