Photoshop request sink drain mod

Can someone photoshop a sink drain mod on my front bumper. It's a ram air kit. E39 guys do it.

Google
Search Sink drain/ air duct mod for e39 if you don't know what it is.

Thanks Orlando

Just imagine two holes in the mesh. If you really want piping to the airbox, just delete your fogs and pipe through the driver's side hole.

Or just get scoops, and save the foglight holes for something more important than a couple extra hp; brake ducting/cooling.

Can't you just picture it in your head?

I was looking for alternatives too and this is pretty sweet DIY, could be used to mold ducts for lower opening under the fog light and look oem still and be functional.

This would require take off bumper completely, removing foglights and cutting off the Lower hole to make the fiberglass duct fit. It might be good to look into 3D Printing the bottom duct piece too.

I was always under the impression the E39 guys did NOT do it for intake purposes but rather brake cooling. And if that's what you're looking to do, you really need to take the bumper off and see how you'd route the hoses as clearance can be really tight. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you're running wide rubbers up front, chances are you'll burn through any 3" hose so you may want to design a "two-piece" system with flanges. You have 1 set of hoses from bumper to some mid section. And then use flanges to connect the 2nd set of hoses from mid section to backing plate, else you'll spend a lot of money replacing the entire hose each time you burn through it. That's how I did on my Z4 before upgrading to a BBK.

If you are doing this for intake, I think you're better off just getting an aftermarket intake. Doesn't seem worth chopping up your bumper for this type of mod.
