$499/month lease takeover 2011 135i Deep Sea Blue with Terracotta in Maryland
For lease transfer is my deep-sea blue exterior, terracotta interior with high gloss black accents 135i. N55 engine, October 2010 build date. The car is in outstanding condition, no damage/smoking/racing, a couple of very light scratches. 7 speed DCT Deep Sea Blue Terracotta leather Premium Package Cold Weather Package Convenience Package Navigation (Hard drive with iPod album art) Harmon Kardon surround sound Sports Suspension also throwing in my set of Blizzaks winter tires on Sport Edition 17" rims. If you aren't familiar with the option packages the car has navigation, Bluetooth, BMW assist, heated front seats, alarm, keyless entry and startup, backup sensors, 7 speed double clutch transmission with paddle shifters, sport suspension, 18" alloy rims, upgraded Harman Kardon sound system with iPod connectivity and DVD player, and cornering xenon headlights. This car has been garage kept at home and at work and is very versatile. I get a combined 25mpg in mostly back roads driving. The seats fold down for plenty of storage options. I did NOT get the sport seats in this car. I found that after a 15-minute drive they get downright uncomfortable and I am a small guy. The premium package heated seats that this car has are very comfortable for trips over 15 minutes AND hug you just fine when cornering. This 2011 has the hard drive navigation with the iPod album art display. I've had two M cars, and this one trumps both. Lease details: leased through BMW 28 months remaining on a 36 month lease. total allowable mileage = 45,000 lease end buyout is $26,234.25 MSRP $45,918.72 The car currently has 10,500 miles on it. other details the entire transaction is done through BMW, I've been through the process before, it's VERY easy. The lessee will have to pay an application and transfer fee. I'd be happy to send pictures at request. thanks for checking it out! |
